何文猛 助理教授

获得香港中文大学食品与营养科学博士学位。曾在香港中文大学生命科学学院担任助教、兼职研究助理和访问学者。同时具有可口可乐公司企业工作经验及香港金誉有限公司创业经验，主要从事供应链、质量控制和保证、产品开发、项目管理、营销和营养等领域工作。现担任理工科技学院 食品科学与工程专业助理教授、HKBU-UIC联合研究所副研究员，硕士生及博士生联合导师，HKBU访问研究学者，以及BNU-HKBU联合国际学院国家营养师培训基地副主任, 中国注册营养师，中国营养学会及香港营养协会会员。担任Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Journal of Food Science、Journal of Food Science and Technology等期刊审稿人。UIC 2023 校长教学奖获得者，明星课程“Food Appreciation”。

He Wenmeng, Assistant Professor

Obtained a Ph.D. in Food and Nutritional Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has served as a teaching assistant, part-time research assistant, and visiting scholar at the School of Life Sciences at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also has corporate work experience with Coca-Cola and entrepreneurial experience with Hong Kong Jinyu Limited Company, mainly engaged in supply chain, quality control and assurance, product development, project management, marketing, and nutrition. Currently an Assistant Professor in Food Science and Technology at the Faculty of Science and Technology; Associate fellow at HKBU-UIC Joint Research Institute; co-supervisor for master’s and doctoral students; visiting scholar at HKBU; Deputy Director of BNU-HKBU United International College National Nutritionist Training Base; registered nutritionist in China; member of the Chinese Nutrition Society and Hong Kong Nutrition Association. Reviewer for journals like Food Chemistry, Food Research International, Journal of Food Science, and Journal of Food Science and Technology. Recipient of the UIC 2023 President’s Teaching Award. The popular course she taught is “Food Appreciation”.

王丹博士

数据科学系助理教授

毕业于香港城市大学，曾在深圳华大生命科学研究院工作，担任新型基因编辑体系项目负责人。王丹博士致力于基因组学的研究，旨在研发中国自主产权新型基因编辑工具。相关研究已发表在“Nature Aging”, “Science Advances”,“Bioinformatics”, “Cell Discovery”等国际知名杂志。

Dr. Dan Wang

Assistant professor in Data Science 

She graduated from City University of Hong Kong and previously worked at BGI Research in Shenzhen, where she served as the project leader for the gene editing team. Dr. Wang is dedicated to genomics research and aims to develop novel gene editing tools with independent intellectual property rights in China. Her related research has been published in internationally renowned journals such as “Nature Aging,” “Science Advances,” “Bioinformatics,” and “Cell Discovery.” etc.
