Ms. Claudia Sau King CHOW

She is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Management, specializing in teaching General Management courses in Business Communications and Strategic Management. Before this role, she earned an MSc in Business Studies (International Business) from the University of Salford (UK) and is a fellow member  (FCIM) of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). She has a proven track record of entrepreneurship and senior management experience with well-known consumer brands in the Asia Pacific, as well as developing a brand from inception to IPO. Over the past 20 years, she has taught marketing courses part-time at leading universities for undergraduate programs and postgraduate executive diploma programs in Hong Kong while working as a senior executive in the business industry. Combining her academic and practical experience gives her an edge in adding value to students with a dynamic perspective. Her interactive teaching style and sharing of industry insights have received positive feedback from students. In addition to teaching, she is actively involved in various roles such as Board Secretary for the Faculty of Business Management, Academic Advisor, and Acting Hall Warden of Zheng Za Education Hall in Campus Phase II. Dedicating academic advancement through research, she submitted quality papers about AI applications to leading journals and conferences. Coaching students to excel in leading national-level business competitions is one of the most rewarding aspects of her achievement.

作为工商管理学院的高级讲师，她擅长教授商业沟通和战略管理的综合管理课程。在此之前，她获得了索尔福德大学(英国)的商业研究硕士学位(国际商务)，并且是英国特许市场营销协会(CIM)的资深会员。她在亚太地区拥有丰富的创业经验和知名消费品牌的高级管理经验，以及从品牌创立到首次公开募股 (IPO)的发展经验。20年来，她在香港主要大学兼职教授市场营销课程，为本科生和研究生提供行政人员文凭课程，同时在商业行业担任高级管理人员。将学术和实践经验相结合，使她具有独特商业实战场景的优势，增加学生的学习价值。她的互动式教学风格和对行业见解的分享得到了学生们的积极反馈。除教学外，她还积极担任工商管理学院委員会秘书、学业导师计划顾问及署理正雅苑舍舍监(二期校园)等职务。在研究方面，她通过向主要期刊和会议提交人工智能应用高质量的论文，致力于推动学术进步。她的工作最有价值的方面之一是指导学生在国家级商业竞赛中脱颖而出。
