简介：

胡辰光博士目前担任北京师范大学-香港浸会大学联合国际学院工商管理学部助理教授职务。其于2020年获得香港科技大学管理学博士学位，于2018年在美国印第安纳大学凯利商学院担任访问学者，研究生毕业于浙江大学企业管理系，本科毕业于东南大学工商管理系。他的研究方向包括国际商务，创新创业，数字化战略，公司治理及战略领导力。其研究成果目前发表于Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Technology Management, Journal of Korea Trade等国际知名期刊。并多次在美国管理学会，国际商务学会以及战略管理学会等国际顶级学术会议上做报告。他主持广东省基础与应用基础研究基金、广东省社会科学规划项目、广东省普通高校特色创新人才项目、广东省本科高校教学质量与教学改革工程建设项目等多个研究项目。他长期担任Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review, Technovation,和 International Journal of Technology Management在内的国际权威杂志以及国际顶级学术会议的审稿人, 并于2016，2017年两度获得美国管理学会年会组织与管理分部的最佳审稿人。其所编写和开发的教学案例曾于2013年，2021年和2023年三度获得全国百优管理案例。

普拉提老师，助理教授，毕业于西安体育学院，硕士学位。从事普拉提教学多年，有着丰富的教学经验，特别是对普拉提的身体控制有深刻的理解。

她教学认真、严谨、活泼。她对学生温柔耐心。在普拉提课程中，她还设计了一个小组创作部分，将普拉提运动与舞蹈、音乐相结合，将运动美学引入普拉提课程中，使普拉提身心融合的特点在课程中得以体现。

2020年疫情期间 录制了十二集“居家普拉提健身”视频，获得一致好评。

Biography

Pilates teacher, assistant professor, graduated from Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education, master's degree. Engaged in pilates teaching for years, she has rich teaching experience, especially in the control of the body of Pilates has a profound understanding.

She is serious, rigorous and lively in teaching. She is gentle and patient with students.In pilates course, she also designed a group creation part, combining Pilates movement with dance and music, bringing sports aesthetics into pilates class, so that the characteristics of body and mind integration of Pilates can be reflected in the course.

In 2020, during the epidemic, she recorded 12 episodes of "Home Pilates fitness" videos, which received unanimous praise.

Won the Sports Ethics Referee Award in the China's 11th Middle School Games 2011.

won the Advanced Individual Award for Stylistic Performance at the Opening Ceremony of the 10th Inner Mongolia Games in 2002.

Led students to take part in the Zhuhai Fitness Yoga Competition and won the first and third place in the individual and the second prize in the group in 2017.
