Who We Are
The Care Ambassadors are a group of undergraduate students who have undergone training in mental health education, peer support techniques, and ethical principles. As peers of their fellow students, they regularly organize campus-wide mental and physical health activities, aiming to alleviate stress, enhance social interaction, and promote mental health knowledge among students.
In addition to hosting fun and engaging large-scale activities, the Care Ambassadors also implement a one-on-one peer support program each semester. Through a "one-on-one pairing" approach, they focus on three aspects: "body", "mind", and "self", exploring four dimensions: life sharing, self-exploration, interpersonal relationships, and academic development. Under the principle of understanding and companionship, they maintain an attitude of equality, respect, empathy, and care, providing effective support and companionship to students in need. Together, they journey forward over the course of a month
Becoming a Care Ambassador
There are no restrictions on major, grade, or skills to become a Care Ambassador. The team operates as a relatively flat student organization, without fixed departments or divisions, and no specific positions. The team is jointly led by two teachers from the PGCC, guided by experienced incumbent ambassadors, and all members collectively plan all activities. The division of labor follows the principles of voluntariness and interest, providing a free and relaxed working atmosphere for each member. For each activity, members can choose to be participants or leaders based on each member’s preference.
Our Vision
Through our actions, we care for those around us, advocate for self-care, and hope to foster an atmosphere of care throughout the campus.
