Leadership Training Programme

A leader by definition is a person who leads a group, organization or a country. Leadership being the most influential element of any business has the greatest impact on the results. For any project to be successful the choice of a competent leader is important.

Dr. Warren G. Bennis, known as the "father of leadership," believes that leaders are not born, they are made. University is an important period for learning and developing leadership. Through leadership learning, students can find their own ability, improve their sense of responsibility and enhance the spirit of teamwork. At the same time, in the process of communicating and inspiring others in study of leadership, students will develop the passion and ability to make a positive impact on the world.

The leadership training program organized by Student Servant Leadership Development Team of Student Affairs Office (SAO-SSLDT) will use experiential task learning. Through different tasks, participants are given the opportunity to practice and reflect, providing students the chance to learn about leadership knowledge and skills, improve themselves, and strive to become excellent student leaders.

In this course, you will get the following skills or abilities:

1. Know yourself;

2. Improve and develop leadership abilities;

3. Acquire skills and experience in managing student organizations or events;

4. Grasp the skills of activity planning and communication;

5. Learn to face and solve the problem, including conflict management and crisis public relations.
