1. The venue is not allowed to store items and equipment that do not belong to SSAC. Private goods are not provided with custody services, please take away personal goods in time. If private goods are found occupying public areas, SSAC staff will arrange for estates company to take away them.
2. The management and use rights of all equipment and materials in SSAC are owned by the Student Affairs Office:
2.1 For the use of electronic equipment, you need to apply to the teacher on duty in advance.
2.2 All materials in SSAC are for use only in SSAC and are not available for borrowing.
2.3 All equipment and materials shall be returned and restored immediately after use and notified to the office teacher. Compensation shall be made in accordance with the price if any damage occurs.
3. No paper or ornaments are allowed to be posted on the wall in SSAC without permission.
4. It is forbidden to engage in any commercial activities in SSAC.
5. It is forbidden to bring pets into SSAC.
6. No spitting and littering.
7. Do not occupy non-public indoor areas such as conference rooms and dance rooms without reservation or approval.
8. In the event of a conflict in venue booking, the priority of venue use will be given to the large-scale activities hosted by UIC. SSAC reserves the right to make adjustments to the reservation. The staff of the SSAC will notify the applicant in advance of any necessary adjustments.
9. For the above provisions, the Student Affairs Office reserves the right of final interpretation.
1. 场馆内不允许存放非师生活动中心所有的物品和设备。私人物品一律不提供保管服务,请场地使用者及时带走私人物品。如发现私人物品占用公共区域,场馆工作人员会安排物业清走相关滞留物资。
2. 场馆内所有设备及物资的管理权及使用权归学生事务处所有:
2.1 使用电子设备,需提前向值班老师申请。
2.2 师生活动中心内所有物资仅限师生活动中心内使用,恕不外借。
2.3 所有设备及物资使用后需立刻归还并复原,所有设备及物资使用后需立刻归还复原并告知办公室值班老师,如有损坏,照价赔偿。
3. 场地内未经允许,不得在墙上张贴任何纸张及装饰品。
4. 禁止在场馆内进行任何商业行为。
5. 禁止携带宠物进入场馆内。
6. 禁止随地吐痰及乱扔垃圾。
7. 未经预定或批准,请勿占用会议室、舞蹈房等室内非公共区域。
8. 如场地及使用日期与学校大型活动相关安排冲突,师生活动中心将保留优先安排大型活动的权利,工作人员将提前知会申请人以作必要的调整。
9. 以上规定,学生事务处保留最终解释权。
