The 15^th Leadership Training Camp( level 2)

Frankly, I have learned a lot from the 15^th Leadership Training Camp( level 2) even though this activity was lasting for only two days. It is the detailed and elaborative preparation teachers and students did in advance that renders this weekend training vivid and meaningful. During these short two days, we experienced different kinds of wonderful activities, such as exceedingly competitive strategic negotiation, challenging public announcement, creative green action and so on, which put those tough theories about leadership into practice so that we deeply understand how to be a truly respective and popular leader rather than a nominal commander. To be honest, I think that the most impressive part of all is creative green action due to the fact that it gives us a large platform to show ourselves. Each of us starts our brainstorm to come up with interesting ideas freely and imaginatively and put them into practice. In our group, we choose to interview passersby and publicize green theories to them face to face which may let them know more about the importance to take immediate action to live low carbon, like reducing using paper as much as possible, going on foot or taking bus rather than driving private cars and so on. More people take green action, more beautiful the world will be. All in all, I learn how to communicate and cooperate with others effectively and efficiently as well as how to be a good leader in a team. 很开心自己能参加本次的领导力训练营Level2，我觉得在这两天中所学到的东西，远比在学校学习来得多。虽然很累，但是却仍然很开心。虽然有的时候会抱 怨，但是仍然不后悔自己所做的选择，仍然收获到了很多，也成长了很多。感谢所有的老师，为这一次的培训付出了这么多，也感谢自己和队友们能够一起挺着劳 累，共同走过！我相信，这两天的培训将会永远地铭刻在我的心里，我会把它作为一份最珍贵的回忆！爱所有的你们。♥

之前参与过level 1，感觉这一次的领导力培训营收获很多～
在两天里老师们认真在为我们准备着活动，workshop也是真的有对我起到启迪的作用，很多知识是我自己所不知道的。几个集体活动锻炼了大家的协作能力。
如老师所说，领导力不是两天能够提高的，而是长期要做的事。
唯有多多实践！

活动前期做了大量的准备工作。尽管活动期间表现得不是非常完美，有一些队员因故缺勤，但这也算是一次很有收获的经历吧！认识了一些新朋友，感觉很高兴。希望以后培训营的活动会越办越精彩！

比起level1的难度，level2对营员的要求更高，对互相合作的能力也更高了。体验战略谈判和竞选很新奇，环保项目也让我们认识到如何将宣传效率最大化。老师们还是一如既往的认真热情，相处的两天很开心，很感激。

参加领导力训练营对我的提高还是很大的，就是在演讲方面可以让我的能力大幅度的提升，里面的活动很有意思，演讲的话我英语不是很好，所以听得不是很 懂。。。看到很多各方面都很强的同学，学到很多其他地方的知识。希望在以后也能再参与到这个活动中来。我有在自己的总结里写关于四个组的优缺点。
   A组：我觉得这个组整体上不错的，在口才上可能要提高。
   B组：活动的创意很好。
   C组：都很厉害吧（除了我）缺点也是有的，我觉得学长学姐很强。
   D组：记得他们团体的创意也还可以，在个人才艺上要强一点。
